Welcome to Fuji Ya, Minneapolis’ first Japanese restaurant. Established in 1959, Fuji Ya is Minnesota’s first choice in authentic Japanese cuisine. Featuring the finest sushi, an extensive sake list, full bar and mouthwatering traditional favorites like Tempura and Sukiyaki. The sushi bar is a wonderful place to interact with the chefs and features an electric atmosphere. Or, if you prefer, the Zashiki rooms (Minneapolis only) provide a relaxing traditional feel.
