And our signature drink: The Hell’s Kitchen Bloody Mary Some say the Bloody Mary was named after a Polynesian character in Rodgers and Hammerstein’s smash Broadway musical, South Pacific. Others say both the drink and the name emanated decades before the play, and was originally a beer-based drink. Either way, it remains a classic. So forget about a beer chaser...the original was mixed WITH beer; only after decades of fancy frilly froo froo abuse did the beer get chased to the side. We make ours as the original was told to us, using premium Summit Brewery ale and our homemade tomato and spice mix. It's garnished with pepperoncini, tomato, a big poached shrimp and a colossal green olive. $5.95
