Rock Salt Roasted Prime Ribs of Beef

One of our signature items! Rock salt roasting was introduced to St. Paul by Kincaid’s in 2000. Twenty-eight day aged Nebraska prime ribs are very slowly roasted under a mountain of rock salt that forms a cast to retain flavorful juices and even out oven fluctuations. The long roasting results in remarkably tender, flavorful and juicy roast beef.
