Welcome to Fuji Ya, Minneapolis’ first Japanese restaurant. Established in 1959, Fuji Ya is Minnesota’s first choice in authentic Japanese cuisine. Featuring the finest sushi, an extensive sake list, full bar and mouth-watering traditional favorites like Tempura and Sukiyaki. Traditional family recipe includes sliced beef, enoki and shiitake mushrooms, green onions, bamboo shoots, harusame noodles and tofu simmered in a delicious broth.
