Moto-i is the first Sake Brewery Restaurant outside of Japan. All Sake is brewed on site by Brewer/Owner Blake Richardson. Moto-i is in the heart of Uptown in the Lyn-Lake neighborhood. This three level Asian inspired restaurant features a full bar and offers small plates reminiscent of Tokyo street food. With multiple Lounges and a Rooftop Patio, Moto-i can accommodate large and small groups.
All levels are perfect for corporate dinners, cocktail receptions, rehearsal and grooms dinner, seminar luncheons, special occasions and grand galas. Independent lighting, music controls and AV capabilities allow you to create the right ambience for your event.

moto-i serves nama or namazake. This is unpasteurized sake. It is alive and fragrant. We let some sake mature in cold storage in order to refine flavors like the junmai ginjo's. Others, like the junmai genshu (our most popular sake), we serve right after pressing or shiboritate style.
