Our French Chef prepares New American Cuisine - beautifully and deliciously spicing American food with immigrant touches from the Mediterranean to Japan. His carefully crafted creations are served with a warm welcome in an elegant yet comfortable setting nestled in the corner of a refurbished 1860s building. Sanctuary has been named in Rick Nelson's "Hot Five" four times since it opened late in 2007!
Sanctuary offers tasting menus and wine parings Monday through Thursday and a new Chef's Feature every Friday and Saturday. About 1/3 of Sanctuary's menu selections change every other month to keep the small menu exciting and to take advantage of seasonal delicacies.
