The Nicklow Brothers are legendary in the Twin Cities for the best in American Cuisine and Greek Classics. This year, their popular Santorini Taverna has moved to Eden Prairie with the 2nd generation opening the doors to welcome guests in double the space. They have a beautiful new bar & dining room with enchanting dual fireplaces, a great selection of cocktails, beer and wine and an amazing outdoor summer deck. Santorini is known for hosting "live" entertainment Thursday thru Saturday, with a great weekday Happy Hour and late night menu and Sunday Brunch.

Santorini offers the savory tastes of the Mediterranean, featuring their famous Lamb Chops, Moussaka and Sovlaki as well as numerous Seafood and Vegetarian Selections. Their Wood Fire Grill is new to the menu offering a warm, wonderful setting for creating delicious Homemade Pizzas.
